					<description><![CDATA[great article Lyle thank you, it totally solves a lot of issues I have had my entire life too when I think about it, I should have been a good jumper but that leg tuck is something that I&#039;ve nearly always done and that pic above of your one skipping rope made me chuckle as that was totally me, at 42 I am not expecting to improve my vertical too much more (given that my legs were smashed 12 years ago too by joyriders and have no right knee worth of speaking about) but I am definitely looking forward to improving my squat and deadlift. So again many thanks for this post and again a lucky accident me coming across it. All the best, gabe.

					<description><![CDATA[This problem illustrates why my junior T&#038;F coach started all of the young athletes with plyometrics before we began serious weight training.  He wanted to see us perform basic athletic movements so that he could determine whether we were able to actually move correctly and to see what he had to work with.  These things are especially important in T&#038;F because those movements often actually are the sports rather than just training exercises.]]></description>

Duxx: I agree 100%.  Different athletes &#039;hear&#039; things differently and sometimes what the coach is saying and what the athlete is hearing are different.

Matt: no comment.
