We never discussed it, but I learned quick when I started lifting at a powerlifting gym in San Diego that the plates ALWAYS get turned inward. It took only one time when I didn&#039;t do that and they stripped the bar to set the plates correctly for me to know That&#039;s. How. It&#039;s. Done.]]></description>
